"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

"For each one shall bear his own load"
. . .
Now that last sentence doesn't negate the first one, because "each one shall bear his own load" doesn't mean he shall bear "entirely" his own burden. But I'm guessing it's said that way to encourage us to still really TRY to bear our own burdens-- yet ALLOW others to help us when needed.
"Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual
restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest
you also be tempted.
Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
For each one shall bear his own load."
Galatians 6:1-5
Even Jesus washed His disciples' feet and taught His disciples to do the same to others:
"So when He had washed their feet, taken His garments, and sat down
again, He said to them, 'Do you know what I have done to you?
You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.
If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.
For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.
Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him.
If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them. . . ' "
John 13:12-17
"Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him.
And John tried to prevent Him, saying, 'I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?'
But Jesus answered and said to him, 'Permit it to be so now, for thus
it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.' Then he allowed
Him."
Matthew 3:13-15
We are to allow eachother to be
helped by one-another. Otherwise we resist God's will. If we refuse a
good deed to be done to us, then we are resisting righteousness.
